I was born on Agust 4 1968 in Buton Island Southeast Sulawesi Indonesia. In 1987 I graduated from Senior Hight School and Continue study at Teacher's Training College Jakarta Indonesia for three years. Also I graduated from Cornell University in Foodservice Management in 2007. In 1991 I started my career as a Chef in culinary industry. I have been working with Chikara-Tei Japanese Restaurant Nusa Dua Bali, Bali Cliff Resort, Sheraton Nusa Indah Resort and Convention Centre Nusa Dua Bali, Sheraton Hotel&Towers Surabaya Indonesia, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Miami USA, Peter Deillman Cruise Line Kiel Germany, Grand Mirage Resort Bali, Grand Angkasa Hotel Medan Indonesia, Yo! Sushi Emirates Dubai UAE, Donbass Palace Hotel Donetsk Ukraine, Celebrity and Azamara Cruises Miami USA, Sofitel Taba Heights Egypt. And now I'm working as Japanese Chef De Cuisine for Movenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse Tunisia.I have been working in pre-opening period with Chikara-Tei Japanese Restaurant Nusa Dua Bali, Sheraton Hotel&Towers Surabaya Indonesia, Grand Angkasa Hotel Medan Indonesia, Yo! Sushi Emirates Dubai UAE. My basic culinary skill is Japanese Cuisine with Teppanyaki and Sushi as my strength knowledge.
